Peyton currently works with the Larkin Collective, a creative agency where she collaborates with a range of local clients, including The Quisby Hotel, Big Easy Whiskey, Big Easy Spirits Co., Trapolin Peer Architects, WeHelp NOLA, and St. Romain Antiques. Her work spans brand identity, social media, email marketing, motion graphics, website design, and print collateral, all rooted in a thoughtful, research-driven approach.

A native of Southeast Louisiana, Peyton’s connection to local food and culture informs much of her creative work. From 2022 to 2025, she worked with Rouses Markets, first as a design intern and later as a freelance designer. During this time, she developed engaging, culturally resonant content across print and digital platforms, supported vendor campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Community Coffee, Zapp’s, and the New Orleans Saints, and designed the company’s first-ever internal employee magazine. She also helped coordinate and execute social media efforts to strengthen brand engagement across the Gulf Coast.

Peyton is especially drawn to projects that amplify and celebrate Louisiana voices. In 2023, she was the first recipient of the Design for Good award for her senior capstone at Loyola University New Orleans. Her project, Viet NOLA, is a self-authored and designed book exploring Vietnamese-American contributions to Southeastern foodways. Inspired by her paternal grandmother’s pre-Katrina restaurant, the work blends her Southern Louisiana and Vietnamese heritage, offering an approachable and richly designed cultural guide that challenges notions of “otherness” and spotlights the integral role of Vietnamese communities in the region.

At the core of Peyton’s practice is a deep belief in the power of design to inform, connect, and uplift.
